Shipping & Delivery
Australia-wide delivery from the Gold Coast. Orders are packed by the Makocraft team and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Where we ship
We ship to all Australian states and territories. We don't currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on where you are and the total weight of your order. Choose Standard or Express.
Standard, by order weight:
- Up to 1 kg: QLD $10, NSW/ACT/VIC $11, SA/TAS $12, WA/NT $14
- 1 to 3 kg: QLD $13, NSW/ACT/VIC $15, SA/TAS $18, WA/NT $22
- 3 to 6 kg: QLD $17, NSW/ACT/VIC $22, SA/TAS $27, WA/NT $35
- 6 to 12 kg: QLD $22, NSW/ACT/VIC $30, SA/TAS $38, WA/NT $50
- Over 12 kg: QLD $30, NSW/ACT/VIC $40, SA/TAS $50, WA/NT $65
Express is $10 more than Standard in every weight band and region.
Tucka Tribe gear ships for a flat $25 anywhere in Australia, no matter how much you order. If your order also includes other gear, that part ships at the rates above.
Free local pickup
Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order free from 4 Wain Avenue, Ashmore QLD 4214. We'll email you when it's ready. Please wait for that email before coming in.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and the service you choose, and regional and remote areas can take a little longer.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something's missing, contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out quickly.
